How do I quality for NYC Care?
You must have lived in NYC for six months or longer and be ineligible for the affordable
government health insurance plans that are available in New York State. You may
also qualify if you are unable to afford health insurance based on federal standards.
How much will I have to pay for services?
You will pay based on what you can afford. Discounted fees are determined by your
family size and income and start at $0. There are no costs to join, monthly fees, or
premiums.
Where can I get health services?
As a member of NYC Care, you will have access to NYC Health + Hospitals
community-based health centers and hospitals in the fve boroughs.
