Seeking Support for Panjab
London, Ontario, July 22
UNITED SIKHS Canada was invited to participate in London Mela, a vibrant cultural festival held at Harris Park. The team interacted with the community members and leaders. The objective of participating at the event was to raise funds for the ongoing Panjab floods relief efforts while also showcasing the remarkable humanitarian work carried out by UNITED Sikhs teams around the world.
The event served as an invaluable platform for us to build meaningful connections, spread awareness about the ongoing Panjab flood relief efforts, and garner support for the cause.
“The attendees showed immense appreciation for the impactful work carried out by UNITED SIKHS. Everyone, including kids, really appreciated the humanitarian aid we are providing in the disaster and conflict zones around the world,” said Gurbir Singh, Director of Operations at UNITED SIKHS Canada.
UNITED SIKHS is committed to making a positive impact, not only in Panjab but also in communities worldwide, guided by the values of compassion, inclusivity, and unity. We express heartfelt gratitude to all supporters and donors who stand in solidarity with those affected by natural disasters and those in need.
