Talking to TOI, United Sikhs executive director Jagdeep Singh said any Afghan citizen wanting to leave to escape persecution needed a passport and to facilitate this resettlement, they had been requested to undertake the responsibility of preparing the documents for 356 Afghan Sikhs. “This task has been completed for the sangat in Ghazni while the process is on in Jalalabad and Kabul and will be completed shortly,” he said.
